I collected my previous BMW from Partridge, Chandlers Ford, Hampshire 3 years ago and was very pleased with their service. I was therefore very pleased to be contacted by them last summer to enquire whether I would like a new car upon the expiry of that contract. They provided very competitive quotes on the various options I was interested in and, having received higher quotes from all other companies I contacted, I placed the order. Andrew Smith has been of great assistance throughout the period between placing the order last autumn and receiving the car last week, sorting out any minor issues which occurred and keeping me fully informed of progress. Izabela Lazi took over the delivery arrangements and, despite being on holiday 2000 miles away, contacted me on the day to ensure the hand over went smoothly. All of the staff I encountered at BMW Chandlers Ford were brilliant and I cannot thank everyone involved enough.
Andrew and Kevin were so helpful throughout the process of buying my car. It's the first car I've bought completely online and they made it so easy for me! Can't thank them enough, and absolutely love the car!

BMW Partridge have always been amazing with myself through the years I have used them. No request is too much and go above and beyond. Marius and Lukas always keep me informed of any information which they receive. I would highly recommend using them for their customer service!

Great service from start to finish. I purchased over the internet so always a bit of a worry. I was dealing with Dean and it was all a breeze. Car delivered in perfect condition. I absolutely love it! Thank you Dean great service 👍🏼
Just a great experience from start to finish!
When the whole cinch/cazoo thing took off in 2020, I always used to think “There’s no way I will buy a car like that”! - but living in Derbyshire and finding a car in Hampshire made me reconsider this opinion - and I'm so glad I did!
The guidance provided by Andrew Smith and his team were so helpful, and the daily updates have been brilliant and have massively alleviated my concerns about buying a car in this fashion, and I would not hesitate doing so again.
Added to this I have a speech impediment but Andrew was willing to do the whole deal over on-line chat and email!
